Leading an EMEA-wide brand campaign, I managed a team of three designers and partnered with account services to produce over 600 assets in six languages across 17 markets. The project was fraught with operational and creative challenges, including tight deadlines and the complexities of coordinating with regional marketing teams across various EMEA time zones during the 2021 Covid-19 lockdowns, requiring extensive efforts for media plans, translations, and approvals.
My role as lead creative was vital; the initial concept covered only a single key visual, language, and banner size. I provided the essential creative direction to seamlessly adapt the entire campaign across all necessary key visuals, languages, disclaimers, and sizes for effective market penetration.
