Problem
As the lead designer for an EMEA-wide brand campaign, I managed a team of three designers and collaborated with the account services department to deliver over 600 assets in six languages across 17 markets. This campaign presented both operational and creative challenges due to its tight deadline and the additional complexity of coordinating with regional marketing teams across EMEA during the 2021 Covid-19 lockdowns. This involved obtaining individual media plans, translations, and approvals across different time zones.
Moreover, the original creative concept only accounted for one key visual, language, and banner size. As lead creative, I had to provide direction to successfully adapt the campaign across all key visuals, languages, disclaimers, and sizes for a seamless rollout.
